Android Pie Review: Everything You Need to Know

Android 9 Pie is a massive, AI-infused software update, and it’s generally a pleasure to use. The handful of features made possible by machine learning are helpful additions, but there’s much more to Pie than that. Google has done a lot nipping and tucking to make Android itself easier to use, and some system-level changes give the platform room to grow in some important ways. Not everyone will love the changes Google made here — power users in particular — but overall, it’s a thoughtful, worthy update that will only get better when even more features arrive later this year.

Is App size increasing with each newer version of Android and will require more internal ROM space for the same app for example Skype or MagicJack?

"App Actions" or when Google tells you in your face: we're spying on you and we're now feeding the data to an A.I. you happen to have just installed on your phone, its name is Android Pie.
The gestures are old, the whole experience is broken. Looks like with Microsoft, you have to pass on some updates and wait for the next one. For once I'm happy samsung is always late to the party when it comes to Google updates. Long live Oreo!
