Why are updates to the Samsung S9 different in Canada then they are in the USA. In Canada I try to do what you show on your program about changes you can make and they don't work in Canada.

You often say what features are, but doesn't explain how to get to them. 3 (of many) examples , where is Bixby Vision, how do you open the app? Makeup stuff in Vision is not available by default, how to get it? The Dolby demo, what app plays that, where does the file come from? Quite annoying.
