Huawei P30 Pro Screen Replacement:

The OLED screen on the Huawei P30 Pro comes in at 6.47 inches, with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It’s a solid resolution for a phone in $800 range. Much of what makes the Huawei P30 Pro feel extra special is the 50x zoom rear camera. The Huawei P30 Pro is powered by octa-core processor and it comes with 6GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage. As far as the cameras are concerned, Huawei P30 Pro packs a 40-megapixel wide-angle camera and 20-megapixel ultrawide-angle camera on the rear and a 32-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The display of your Huawei P30 Pro can get broken or ineffective because of unsuitable operation and crash. You can buy a Huawei P30 Pro screen with the frame to fix the phone. A screen without frame is not recommanded because the screen vibrator is not easy to install.

Just saved myself a lot of money with this video, thank you so much. I also found that new frames do not have the earpiece installed and you did not include this step either, so if anyone is having problems hearing during a call check the earpiece 😝 don’t throw the old frame away

They made it so hardd for us to change…. mind you a screen replacement cost 300+ euros while the phone is 500 euros…… and a second one phone is 300e bahh

Is the mainboard has different types based on what country you are in?

There are web pages saying Witrigs is a Chinese scam posing as being US-based and cheating people out of money for 'goods' unsent or else being passed off as OEM.

As for fixing the P30 Pro's appalling screen, both my brother, who is an electronics engineer, and my stepfather, a former head of IT at a school, don't want to touch the job with a barge pole. My bro says he once replaced on iphone screen for his daughter but it later failed because the screen turned out to be yet another Chinese fake. My brother says that it's very difficult to get the temp just right to avoid melting the phone. What are people on here using for the heat gun? If Witrigs is a scam, then it's just to make money out of people not wanting to pay full price for a 'prof' repair. And even here it is hard to see clearly what would be going on behind the scenes. Sellers of the screen on ebay offer to do the replacement too for only £20 or 30 but don't want to give out much info about who they are.

What was the heated tool to loosen the battery cover before removing? When opening will a suction cup and guitar picks work like with the P9 or should it be opened with the ultra thin plastic cards?

please some one respond, Im about to buy from this website tho wbsite has good reviews but I want to make sure the screen Im gonna buy is orginal same as the one came with my phone. Not clone or copy made by third party. Admin can you pls confrim, on your website it says "OEM" means orginal and brand new. And "Custom" means refurbished, but how come "CUSTOM" screen is more expensive than "OEM" screen? when its apprently same as the one came with phone? shouldn't "OEM" be expensive? So this kinda putting me off about ordering making me think screen isnt orginal. can you pls resond thanks

You'd think, considering it's one of the main problems with smartphones, that they'd just make it easier to buy parts and replace them on your own. Opening the back and removing the components is absolutely ridiculous.

Cheers great video. saved me a bomb on repair bill or a new phone after a taxi ran over it! Sorry, if you don't remove red tape and swap all the hardware when you use a new frame and glass, you need your head reading! You shouldn't be doing the repair!

great kit, great video, just finished successfully changing my screen !! ONLY thing missing, and it's a big pain in the ass now, is that you forgot to mention to remove the "red" protective film in front of selfie camera….from the inside ! so now my selfie pictures are all with a pinkish color…and if I open the phone again, i dont have adhesive left to close it again properly….besides that, all seems to be working fine now.
