iOS To Android | Why I Made the Switch

Being the owner of a MacBook Pro and iPad Pro, switching from an iOS to Android smartphone may seem silly. I’m currently using an Android device, the Samsung Galaxy s9, as my smartphone of choice. So the question is, why did I switch from IOS to Android for my smartphone needs? In this video, I’m going to cover the factors that lead to this decision.

I'm strictly android. Might call me bias but I never liked ios,iphones,ipads,macs.. anything apple. Just didnt like them and even disliked the design. plan on getting the note 9 soon. I'd rather build a gaming PC but obligated to get a new phone. It's more important..

I love android but I got tired of the poor video quality when someone with an iPhone would text me. There is no workaround for this issue either that I know of. So I made the move to the iPhone XS Max. The hardware and software are good but I miss the functionality and capabilities of an android phone. Thao Huynh how do you deal with the video message quality?

Why did you buy an iphone?
    … Cause its and iPhone….

    What about it?
    … It's an iPhone

Why did you buy an Android?
    Oh its because

    – treated like i actually own the phone and makes me feel like a true admin
    – I can use my phone an external drive with expandable storage via SD Card

    – I can browse whats on my phone via file browser and treat it like a directory on a computer
    – I can customize it to fit my needs via widgets and apps

    – best of all i don't have sit there and swipe each app to close them.

That's the most sane decision you made girl, i am using S8+ and if you ask me about wanting an Iphone X? The answer will be a big NO.
Iphone is boring, just fast is not enough, Samsung flagship is also fast. There is no good features on the iphone other than opening social medias and games, you can't do anything with it.
Android is for the power and tech hungry user, IOS is for those who are not really high in techs.
There are lot of things you can do on your android that you can't on your iphone, you can even play PlayStation One games on your android using an emulator and open two apps at once as well as making the apps windows size with Samsung S and note, android is more like a smartphone to me just like in the computer

Hey Thao, so coming from iOS, as you know when sending pics n videos on iPhons through iMessage, resolution of pics n videos do not lose quality and file size, while on android, it does. What is your alternative for sending pics n videos on your galaxy S9+ so that they dont lose resolution and quality. I currently have the Note 9, and that's what I miss about the iPhone. But trying to find an alternative cause I really like this phone over iPhone.

I had been an Apple fan even since the iPhone 5. And I have bought the newer iPhone ever since. I currently have the iPhone 8 Plus, and after studying Android, and Samsung Galaxy phones, I am deciding to change to Android. I am thinking I will buy the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. It is just wayy better than iPhones, in design, and customization.
