4:00 If you love photography, why on earth would you use a phone for it? I can understand using a phone when you need it in a pinch, but for any kind of real photography get a proper dslr

    Hi Dave,

I just wanted to say that I happened upon your review of the Nikon Coolpix S6600, and I immediately subscribed to your channel… I do not watch all your videos, I must say, but the ones I watch, I absolutely love, I love hearing what you have to say, and I think you are very thorough, and you touch on the things I would look at myself when I am looking to buy new gadgets and the like…

TL:DR – You are my go to first choice, when looking up reviews for things I am looking at (at the moment it is the FitBit Flex I've decided on)… Keep up the good work, Sir 😀

Ooh, also, I love the Geekanoids intro 😀

I have got each of them as well but I found myself using the lumia 1020 more I think it's because of the camera and also I found myself staring at my lumia 1020 everyday and appreciating the design still after 4 months. It just has a unique design that no other phone can have it.

We don't need to s*a*y the name of the best *p*hone *pl*atform – it go*e*s without saying, as everyone knows it in their hearts.

Dave, I see the iPhone 5S got the most "hand time" 😉 – I wonder how Apple will (as always, without fail) improve on the current model iPhone, especially if the screen size increase is going to become a reality? They will, as ever, think of a way to do it that NOONE was expecting, and more elegantly than all the other companies combined.

Brilliant video Dave. I agree that when it comes to OS's your preference truly is what you are comfortable with. One OS is not better than the other, they all perform well. True one maybe better suited for certain tasks but that does not mean it is better. I use Android and Windows 8.1 and I like them both. When I get an Apple device I am sure I will enjoy that as well.

@Dave Cryer Samsung Galazy S3 w CyanogenMod 11 as the old touchwiz was rubbish. However ATM I am looking at purchasing the S5 as touchwiz on that is 100x better 4 me. Not every1 would agree but that's me. I am a huge geek like u so i want it for the new features it offers up. Not to mention speed. Sorry its a lengthy answer. (I live in the android ecosystem)

Great video Dave. You got everything down to the T in discussing these smartphones. The only thing you could have mentioned was the price of the Nexus 5 as you are comparing a mid priced device to top end priced smartphones.
You already know this but I far prefer Android out of these three OS's.
I did laugh when you quickly said all OS's are great in their own right. All us YouTubers have to say that otherwise we will start getting flame wars in the comments. 🙂

    Keep up the awesome work!

I have a black 32gb google nexus 5 which I absolutely love, despite the fact it's so easy to lose every time you out it down on a black surface. Looking forward to the nexus 6 if all the rumours I keep hearing are true

Dave, I've been round the block in terms of different mobiles with the exception of the W8 phone. Becoming interested in the Lumia 1520 – I like large screen sizes, the eyes aren't what they were! Do you intend doing a review of the 1520 anytime in the future?

You have the best phones in the market, but I wish you had the HTC One M8 because I own it and I think it is awesome. I just wanted to see how you could experience it if you ever owned it as a daily driver, not a review unit.
