    i’m confused why they need to charge you for a screen replacement if they’re just gonna give you a new phone. seems like a way to milk money out of people

    Basically Apple is just doing this for money, if you cracked ur screen or have a small dent on your phone you can not exchange the phone…..you have to pay to fix the damn thing and than you could swap the phone like tf….someone should sue them

    I just got an iphone 8 straight from apple and it let me activate it and all but it wont read the sim card it keeps saying no service. I also don't have insurance on it and never dropped it. Would they still switch it? I tried all steps given in other videos but it dosen't seem to work.
