Your a little bit late on pressing the icon in note 9..and also if you did not add the ads in note 9 still faster..

You forget to put the Note 9 in performance mode.
Also, after the OneUI update, I tried it against my friend's iPhone XS, and it actually did better than in here.
No hate tho, I think Apple is still the best at CPUs, but at prices and more bang for your buck, they're probably the last choice.
