you mentioned there are no bloatwares… what are google duo/movies/music apps … they cannot be removed either without rooting the device in most cases…

Find it stupid how our old roommates thought the phone was dumb and didn't like it. Then gave it to me because "It's stupid and a waste of money" like, holy fudge it's way better then my last phone/ first phone with 8gb, 4 taken by storage, crashing in almost everything and terrible pixel rate.. But hey! I'm only 13, probably take that Lg back in time and people would think it's the best thing ever. I appreciate my 6.1.

I bought this as a backup phone, like when my main phone is dead or if something was wrong with my main phone. I have been forced to used this as my main device due to some technical issues with my iPhone. This phone is really good.

    I get NOKIA 6.1 (Blue/Gold 4/64) GLOBAL version back in 2018 for 190$

Very satisfied and it work like charm, pure Android and the hardware is so smooth and not giving me a hard time or headache for once, it charging very quickly, SD630 pair with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM is just so loveable.. it totally okay for moderate used and everyday tasks, 630 perform really well on this phone with almost no lacking at all except when the battery went below 10-15%

The phone can be warm or even hot when exposed to the sun light for couple of minutes and also can be hot if you using it heavily while charging, but in normal condition with normal usage, it just normal.

The body was made from 6000 aluminum frame with no weak spot that can cause it bend easily, it feels really solid in hand and it so difficult to get bend.

NOKIA nailed it when it comes to build quality, it just.. so premium..

BTW, Gorilla Glass 3 on this phone is mediocre.

NOKIA give it a very GOOD screen color also, Full HD 403PPI with surprisingly good IPS glow conceal, dark is dark and bright is bright but screen appears to be quite blueish which you can adjust warm color in Night Mode anyways so it won't be disturbing you at all.

One more thing about the screen is it slow response time, it could interrupt your gaming experience, but watching YouTube or NETFLIX, surfing the web, slide across Facebook and else is perfectly fine.

Camera is also surprisingly damn good when using it with Gcam (the stock one is disaster), and please trust me when I say you won't be sorry with it back camera, you can share your photos to 500$ smartphones user and can still be proud but the front one still just a mediocre.

Battery is totally acceptable, but I still wish for a little more, one thing that I liked about the battery is it charging real fast.

Phone signal is good, WiFi signal is good, Hotspot is good, Mic good, Ear speaker good, but it Loud speaker is disappointed.

Overall, I think this is one of the most bang for your buck mid-range smartphones IMO (depends on when and how much did you get it), even in spec sheet it would look kinda funny, but in real life experience, this is gem.

    P.S sorry for poor English..

I love this phone. the snapdragon 630 +3GB of ram is definitely good enough for most tasks to run smoothly, the screen is decent, and it's cheap! I love how stock android runs on this phone, it's very smooth and fast, this phone reminds me of a Nexus 5 (2018) but at half the price. good job Nokia.

Why are some of these reviews of midrange phones worded like most of us are used to superfast, super awesome flagship phones and midrange phones like this are so bad and are only for casual users or third world countries?

My 6.1 is built better than any phone costing $1000 or more dollars. Decent performance for the price . Certainly better than the Nokia 6 this replaced. As long as I have a decent GPS I'm fine.

I have this phone, I love it so much. It looks so classy, it's really fast, has a solid built, charges quickly and doesn't lose battery fast, amazing camera and overall very good phone.
Only one downside to it, it's not water resistant.

Screw this phone. It won't even connect to Windows 8.0. These f**kers deserve to go down to the dust. Waste of my money and time. Their 2G phones , (not smart phones) work great even today. Unfortunately their brains stopped working after that.
