    broken (such a idiotic word ) only seen in one plus phones , even when the phone doesn't have a scratch mark , the shake causes the damage they say ( I think they use water to stick inside structure ). They say apple or Samsung don't have the complaint because they are premium company( told by the guy sitting in ernaakulam service centre) . And he says it's aa common complaint for all the phone coming to the service centre . So they don't give a fuck as long as we idiots keep buying their phone
