I have the Note 8 and have not had the opportunity yet to use either of these devices, but between these two I personally would choose the OP6. The Pixel 2 has slowed greatly and you do not know if you are going to get a defective model or not, it is always a gamble. OP6 does not have as good of camera as the P2, or as high PPI, but PPI doesn't mean anything if the screen is blue and gets screen burn within the first couple weeks-months. OP6 does not have an official IP rating, but "claims" to be splash resistant, so don't take it deep sea diving. OP6 continues to stay fast and smooth from what I have seen, but still has a few minor bumps here and there. In the end there is no such thing as the "perfect" cell phone yet, though technology is so close. Perhaps we will see it with the S10 it Pixel 4, or OP7..??

Pixel 2 xl is a far better phone with far better software get so tired of you 1 + fanboystrying to compare one of the best technology companies in the world's products against some Chinese knock-off company.

Love the OnePlus 6, hate Oxygen OS.

Everybody praises their software, however I keep getting annoyed at some bugs that just don't get fixed, like the cache that takes tons of space out of nowhere. The glitches that happen occasionally and can only be fixed by clearing the phone cache.

As I see it, OnePlus runs at full capability at 90% of the time, while the Pixel runs a little slower, but at 100% of the time.

That 10% is what keeps me out of OOS.
