@Marques BrownleeI'm replacing the lcd and digitizer on the oppo find 7 qhd phone. I know there's another model with a 1080p display. If I buy an assembly from eBay would the resolution be affected when I replace it? Like if the assembly was for the 1080p model, will mine cease to be 2k? Thanks in advance
What would Marqaas Brownless think about his opinion 5 years ago.
2013: why would I need a 1440p screen when I can't see the pixel's on a 1080p screen.
2018: Wtf OnePlus 6 doesn't have a 1440p screen BUST!
watching this now makes me feel like this is like 20yrs old tech wise
Welp!
And here we are in good ol' 2018 with 4k phones 😀
And let's talk about xperia xz premium's display.

Wow. It's only been 2 years, but we now have 6" 4k displays, and we want more.

E.T phone home hands.
fuck 2k I have lg g3 would be 10x better with 1080p
4k will one day be the standard….then more and more….and more
looking back at this video you can only smile cause now 2K is the standard and batteries are getting bigger.
I still think 720p is enough
Resolution doesnt mean anything unless the phone creator uses the phone hardware to the fullest.
720p or 1080p is good enough for me and I don't see much of a difference. Just another gimmick and it's just adding higher price tag.
