In this video we break down in detail the differences between the Google Pixel 2 XL and Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus camera to see which one is the better device for you when it comes to photography. I think that s9 plus is a more complete smartphone than pixel 2xl in design, screen resolution, sound, system, Samsung pay and other features, but the pixel 2xl has a good camera. Although I prefer S9 plus.

Thanks for the video, it helped me choose a phone for my sister. But please If your gonna put S9 pictures on the left, and XL2 on the right, make it consistent! Flip flopping which side the phone is on makes it more frustrating.

There isn't a single phone that can come close to the Pixel 2 camera right now.. IPhone or android. And it'll probably be on top until the Pixel 3 is released. The galaxy s9 does a great job in optimal lighting and outdoors. Low light all bets are off. The image softening and motion blur is some of the worst I've ever seen.

    Pixel 2 wins
    Again Pixel 2 wins
Again and again Pixel 2 wins
Lmao! Before the video ends, I smelled some shit.

Pixel can’t even give brightness in daylight. The colors are not natural (watch again, sky is not that blue).

I’ll never prefer plasticky+overprice Pixel. Sorry google ?

Good work dude. But may I know which of these phone can use as a mobile for the usual clear phone calls and messages. My first pixel 2XL was not that good in the call quality and signal reception. Every time it disconnects from mobile network. Is it still a problem with pixel phones??

    Some tips with S9 Plus,
    – You can swipe from back to front camera without pressing button
    – You can move the shutter anywhere to screen
    – With Bixby, you can voice command nearly all camera functions which is unavailable to other competitors.

Now some observations on the videos:
6:57 S9 Plus wins because it is actually accurate while Pixel 2 XL looks too edited. You can easily edit S9 Plus shot to look exactly like Pixel 2 XL in post processing.
7:11 same like above. Focusing on the sky isn't a correct to properly compare shot. Note the loss of details on wall surface on Pixel 2 XL photo.
7:20 is where autofocus come in plus with default setting on S9 Plus. The seemly overblown sky is easily fixable by touchin phg that sky on screen. Pixel 2 XL still look edited.
7:30 Same with above. Clearly S9 Plus was focused on the wall and the sky is easily fixed by tapping on it.
8:04 A draw although Pixel 2 XL style shot was a complain for S8 picture.
8:14 different pose. In that case, the overblow can be easily fixed by tapping on for adjustement.
    8:32 both are detailed building.
8:40 highlighted how the lighting and position played factor. Both camera provided detailed shot so it is a draw.
9:10 S9 Plus win in that case. The colour is easily fixable while preserving the details which cannot say the same for Pixel 2 XL.
    9:24 S9 Plus easily
10:18 displayed the drawback of f1.5 aperture and autofocus. Can be fixed by tapping on the wall to bring details

When it comes to camera alone, Pixel 2 XL is very limited in term of control and setting. Only edge is front camera.

That pixel is no joke in the camera department. Too bad its a Verizon exclusive… S9 is beautiful. I have an iPhone 7 plus and a Galaxy S6, I sort of like the over sharpness of my S6 pictures more, even though my iPhone has a more natural tone…
