Pocket Camera Shootout – Google Pixel 2 vs Sony RX100 V!
Today we’re doing a Pocket Camera Shootout between the Google Pixel 2 and the Sony RX100 V! Does the Google Pixel 2, a phone, beat the Sony RX100V, a $1000 camera?! Let’s find out!
TIMESTAMPS
Overall Image Quality – 0:51
Dynamic Range – 2:41
Low Light – 3:32

Overall, its really cool to see how the Pixel 2 can stack up to the RX100 V, and see just how good phones have gotten vs standalone cameras!
While I do think that the Sony RX100 V is a much more versatile camera overall, I think the Google Pixel 2 can match and even beat it in some situations!
Thanks for watching! Catch ya in the next video 😉

Thanks for watching! Im interested to hear which camera you prefer? Would you buy a separate camera, or do you feel like your phone does a good enough job?
Great video is pixel 2 your daily phone? I still use pixel xl first gen love the camera on it
I am confused about the terms between compact and pocket cameras, and from this video I just found out that pocket cameras are more on mobile…
Watching in Pixel 2
Great video i love my pixel 2 xl camera
A bit annoying presentation style
Why you don't shot in HDR with the rx100?
You should have so much more subs!!! Your quality and editing is so good!!! Keep up with the good work?
good going bro.. keep it up
Ayy, finally! As a camera and picture quality alone, Sony, obviously. Bigger sensor, better glass. The Sony is great, as a camera. But as a package, Pixel. Can't beat a phone with a great camera than a camera that is, well, a camera. Of that makes sense. 🙂
great video brother ,, you doing it like porfessional hope your channel get more people soon cuz you deserve it .. and yeah for me id prefer to stuck with my phone cuz im a man that taking 50 photos a day liks whenever im going or any special shoot or even for my son im keep taking photos and cant hold my camera everywhere .. and about the comparsion i still they are almost neck on neck .. who cares about very dark conditions .. we all taking 90% of photos on day so im with the hdr+ for sure
great comparison! personally, I think I'd just stick with my phone, I don't take that many photos so it's pretty hard to justify spending money on a camera I probably wont use much
