Can anyone tell me why no one can hear me on phone AT ALL if I'm not using either earbuds or the speaker.

Dayum this Samsung always takes out phones every 6 months which annoys me and the phone you r using will be outdated as the s series and note series…thats why I went with an iPhone because hey have amazing g software and they age really slowly

too expensive.
I'm so angry today my S9 plus was delivered but since I was out running errands there was nobody here in sign for it so they got to come back tomorrow
This phone looks huge in videos, my friend has one and it's so compact in person. I was shocked.
